Sorry to say but they are not going to fix it/confirm the issue. I have just given up. I paid $70 for a game that I am not able to play. I hope you enjoy my $70 EA. I will NEVER purchase another battlefield title. For a well established developer they operate as a small mom/pop store.
Yep my feeling to, been battlefield player forever. Sank 200 to get me and my wife a copy and bought few small packages. I will be pushing for my full refund on mine and luckily on my wife copy we never used hers so it can be returned. So not only are they losing money from me buying battlefield anymore but also will longer buy EA products at all, no matter how great game looks. I love bf6 have 280 hours in it so obviousily I enjoyed game and never had issue for over 280 hours but update hits last week and boom issue but ya its a system problem..
So once refunds come in, i will drop it back to arc raiders and give that company a shot. And wife will just go back to borderlands.
