Poor Performance with season 3 maps

Ever since the season 3 update was released there has been poor fps on new maps and massive amounts of packet loss in densely populated areas of a map despite my internet connection being stable. i feel the new maps are not optimized well for mid tier PC's. it has been 4 weeks with this issue and i was hoping with the Cairo Bizaar map being released alongside updates for the game, there would have been a fix, but it is still as bad as when season 3 launched. Hello Dice, what are you doing???
