On my PC, atm in the training grounds/firing range, the mouse movement stutters are completely gone. In-game and in RedSec, it still micro-stutters with mouse movement. The controller movement is smooth as butter.
That's because you have a lot more frames there and are probably within the monitor's refresh rate. Then the stuttering goes away. The stuttering is noticeable in the VRR range, not at the cap.
At least that's how it is for me.

At least that's how it is for me.Thats it for you. For me it is different. As I already posted multiple times now, there are two different issues with stuttering in the game. There is the mouse rate polling stutter which makes the game stutter (very slightly) when you have ANYTHING other than a locked 125 FPS. And then there is the ocassional VRR Stuttering. I am using VSync, my OLED has 144hz so Reflex does cap the game at 138 FPS. BUT this ofc is not usable because the Mouse Input bug. So I just lock my game to 125 FPS which is in my VRR Range. My 4090 / i7-13700k is able to hold this FPS 100% with DLSS Quality in 4k. BUT then the ocassional heavy Stutter kicks in (ONLY when using the mouse of course, keyboard movement always is fine) and I have to Alt-Tab quickly to "resync" the game again. I have to do this MORE OFTEN since the latest patch, now almost every 30 seconds sometimes to make the game smooth again. Some patches it was not quite as bad, maybe like once a match.
I tried EVERY Setting. Different Upscaling, no upscaling, Exclusive Fullscreen (why is this in the game that was killed with Win11), windowed fullscreen, windows settings (game mode etc.), ReBar ON, different drivers, fixed refresh rate on monitor etc... Over half a year trying out ALL stuff to get this fixed... No chance. IT IS THE GAMES PROBLEM!
This problem persists since the BETA.
As you can imagine I have a lot of fun playing the game when always being forced to Alt-Tab. The ONLY time I did not have this issue when they tested Golmud in Labs with the new SOVIS Filter and the new fixed mouse input. I could just set the framerate to uncapped, be at a lcked 138 FPS and go for it. Without having any Stutters of ANY kind.
