Redsec ranked crash on Xbox

Title: Xbox Series X – REDSEC Ranked freezes mid-match and causes RP loss

REDSEC Ranked repeatedly freezes during active matches. The screen becomes completely unresponsive and I am forced to close and restart the game. There is no reliable option to reconnect to the match afterward, and the freeze can result in lost Ranked Points or a disconnect penalty.

This has happened multiple times and is not an isolated incident. I have already fully restarted and power-cycled the Xbox, closed the game instead of using Quick Resume, and tested 60 Hz, Performance Mode, VRR off, and crossplay off. The freezing continues.

Please investigate Xbox stability in REDSEC Ranked and add disconnect protection or RP-loss protection for crashes caused by the game.
