Rtx 4080 and 14900k 6000mhz ram

I'm struggling to keep 220+ fps on everything on low, I'm tired of all the optimization videos on YouTube, my bios is up to date everything's on default with a -80 under volt, anyone has the same setup?  Iss there any real tweaks to do? Will the game be optimize in the future? I need some help , I see ppl play with 250+ fps and with hardware similar to mine
