Severe Team Balancing Issues Are Ruining Match Outcomes

Defo sometimes it feels like you are the only person against 32 and getting your face shot off all the time isnt much fun. This problem is made more acute by campers, so if on some maps you have large numbers of snipers, and your team decides to all select snipers, then there is noone left to fight the armour or invade the points. Im a poor player and sometimes I can be at the top of a losing team with 15 objective points captured and the rest of the team has 0-5.
