8 time battlefield player here since 2010. This by far is the worst performing game ever. Im not talking about your BF2020 Woke garbage . I am talking about the the following, 

1. Constant crashes in Redsec ranked.
2. Your putting elite players with rookies but we cant play with our friends. 
3. poor hit registers
4. poor cheating screening
5. Black screen all the time. 
6. and most important , you have let go of your support staff and gave millions to your CEO. 

Fix your s*** now or you will loose a customer for life.
