Social Menu/Hub Not functioning on PS5
No matter what i do i somehow cannot get the social hub feature to work on PS5.
I've done the following troubleshooting methods as outlined
- Removed my PSN account from an older EA account and synced it with a new EA account
- rebuild database
- cleared cache and system repair on PS5
- install and reinstalled application multiple attempts
- Moved game data from M.2 to internal storage and vise versa
- Changed dns settings on my wired connection to PS5
- Restore License option
It managed to work with restore license only once miracously. reached out to EA on this multiple times and was advised to post here
