STEAM OVERLAY IS OFF

I got error code: 1:86001S:66003S:--10884592990:146005B

The Plarform Client OVerlay is not enabled.

Ensure it is enabled in the Platform Client settings and restart game..

Can anyone help

    You're getting a message from Steam saying you need to enable their overlay to play the game?
