HyroPlay there appears to be a framerate limiter enabled somewhere. Simulation (SIM) is running at a high framerate but CPU is running at a low framerate.

This indicates a framerate limiter is enabled somewhere. Check BF6 framerate limit settings in advanced graphics options and make sure no framerate limit is set.

Also check Nvidia control panel settings for a framerate limiter.
