The game would got stunned 0.2s for every 2-6 second while playing, not in menu

First speaking my system:
AMD 5600 CPU
AMD 6700 GPU(yeah no XT) with 25.11.1 driver

and using 2560x1440 165Hz/144Hz monitor.

the image is screenshot when I playing after update.

every time this blue line, the 'step' one, goes top, then the game screen would feels like stun for a bit.

This happened after update, before update it never happened.

its comes with latest winter map update, for make it clear.
And I tried Fullscreen and Boardless Window, both happened.

Recorded a video for showing this. It even make me slower to die when that cannon fire at me.

Allot of us have same issue, if you are on steam just put friends list to offline.
