ROBAX3R It looks like they're (for now, at least) mistaken as to the source of the issue though -- it's not an issue with DNS, rather the client's system and if it can keep up with the servers.
Sixale52 It's interesting that increasing the amount of RAM would help, but I'm probably gonna try the same thing now. I've noticed RAM usage getting very close to the maximum 16gb when playing BF6. Are there any issues with microstuttering or time nudge at all anymore?

modguy871 I'd be happy to help troubleshoot. Two screenshots should be enough information to see what's going on.
Please post a screenshot with the network performance graph and fps overlay on screen.

Also download HWiNFO and post a screenshot of your System Summary.

Could you help me out? You seem like a guy who knows about this. I have terrible issues with TN, almost constantly over 200ms with spikes all the time to 500+ms. I have tried every solution I can find in this thread but none have really worked. The only one that seems to work is to cap my frame rate to 30 fps. I usually get around 50-70fps (depending on the situation in game) and thought that if i just lock my fps to under 60, to for example 45fps which I can get constistently, that would also give the effect of the server recognizing I have low fps but no. If I cap my fps to anything higher than 30 i still get crazy TN. I know my system is on the low end and that I have lessVRAM than minimum requirments but it just seems odd to me that capping the fps to something like 45 doens't work. Any suggestions? I have attached a screenshot of HWiNFO and a screenshot from ingame where i haven't capped the FPS. Greatly appreciate your help and for taking the time to help people in this thread!- OskooI_0073 months agoLegend
Muted_Dude everything looks good in your HWiNFO system summary. The memory is in dual channel mode and running at 3200MHz.
The CPU appears to be maxed out and not able to keep the framerate over 60fps. Simulation (SIM) is running at 51fps. SIM is run on the CPU and must be 60fps as well.
Capping the framerate 30fps and uninstalling BF6 HD texture pack seems like the best thing to do.
You can play on Community servers with an uncapped framerate because those servers have a 30Hz tickrate. You only need 30fps on Community servers. 45fps is fine on community servers.
You can see a server's tickrate in the network bar at the top of the screen.

In my case it was not really the amount of ram but going from single channel to dual channel that help. From what i understand i suggest it was too much information for single channel even if i had 32go, i'm guessing the DDR4 is getting old.

Not a solution mate for slow network processes as it would show in poor fps in all games .Incorrectly installed memory in the wrong slots wrong topic same as update your bios ..
