edit #2: Switching to wired ethernet resolved my Latency Variation problem.
Previously I was using Wi-Fi via an Intel AX210 PCI-E adapter card and the PC is about 15 meters away from the wireless access point.
I was surprised to learn that Wi-Fi was the problem, since BF4 and all of my other games run just fine. This is the first time it has caused me problems for any sort of activity.
Also worth noting that with the v1.1.2.0 patch released this week, the optional Network Statistics bar has been updated and now differentiates between Time Nudge ("TN") and Latency Variation. Now, when you get one of the orange/red problem icons and if you also have the statistics bar enabled, the problematic number will change from white to orange or red to correspond with the icon. This really helped me troubleshoot and isolate the real problem.
(everything below here is old info)
edit #1: removed my original post here as I had incorrectly concluded that my new gaming mouse w/ 1000Hz polling rate had been causing time nudge issues. After reducing the mouse's polling rate to a very modest 250Hz, the issue persists, even on Portal modes where the server tick rate is halved.
I even tried reducing all of the graphics settings that stress the CPU, setting them to Low... still having Time Nudge almost constantly.
I don't understand why/how this started. It wasn't a serious issue for the first several weeks after launch....
Specs:
Intel i9-10980XE / Crucial 64GB DDR4-2933 / RTX 5060 Ti 16GB
Unfortunately my PC is a Dell Precision T5820 workstation and its BIOS does not support XMP or any overclocking, so even though my RAM is technically rated for 3200 MT/s, it would not be able to operate at higher clocks as 2933 MT/s is the max supported by this system. So unable to test whether tinkering with the RAM has any effect.

Surfaced I'll help you troubleshoot. Two screenshots will help.
Download HWiNFO and post a screenshot of the System Summary.
Post a screenshot with the FPS Performance Overlay on-screen. Set it to Advanced.

Benzinton your CPU, RAM, and GPU performance looks good!
You appear to have a high ping and latency variation network issue.
Please post a screenshot with network performance graph on-screen.
