Tombstone pack missing and EA's customer service sucks.

I hope they see this and waste their time. i pre-ordered the battlefield phantom edition and its missing the tombstone pack. despite multiple attempts to contact EA help (what a joke that is?! 🫠) ...

I finally got the code. After constantly escalating it to the retailer, I got an email response where they gave me an additional code, but it was the wrong code. After showing them the two different promo pictures for the packs, a support team leader understood the difference and provided the correct code. It is a retailer issue, they are responsible for generating the codes. JB Hi Fi in Australia finally provided the correct one and I now have the Tombstone Pack unlocks.

I'm having the same issue and just submitted a similar ticket. Provided my proof of purchase receipt, the game was sealed from my retailer, and there was only the Phantom Edition code inside. I did not see a code anywhere for the Tombstone pack, it was one of the big reasons why I wanted to pre-order it as I was a big BF4 campaign fan. Disappointed I have not received it, and there appears there is no other way to get it. I have successfully received all other rewards including the Beta rewards, Road to BF6 and the Twitch drops.

Code was not inside the box I got the code from my retailer in e-mail separate.

I contacted the retailer as I hadn't received any emails, and this was their response:
"the Phantom edition thing is a known issue unfortunately, It's an EA thing not a JB thing, we still don't have an answer from them. It's likely you'll find out before we do."
I don't know why they are talking about the Phantom Edition, I asked about the Tombstone pack?😐😐 Trying for another live chat operator, I even sent them a screenshot of other users who got emailed the code and I didn't. If it was meant to be issued via my retailer, I haven't got it, but they have advised I should've received it from EA??

  Yeah sounds like we're getting similar responses. It's frustrating to say the least...I just want the PAC skin 🥹
