Code was not inside the box I got the code from my retailer in e-mail separate.
I contacted the retailer as I hadn't received any emails, and this was their response:
"the Phantom edition thing is a known issue unfortunately, It's an EA thing not a JB thing, we still don't have an answer from them. It's likely you'll find out before we do."
I don't know why they are talking about the Phantom Edition, I asked about the Tombstone pack?😐😐 Trying for another live chat operator, I even sent them a screenshot of other users who got emailed the code and I didn't. If it was meant to be issued via my retailer, I haven't got it, but they have advised I should've received it from EA??

Yeah sounds like we're getting similar responses. It's frustrating to say the least...I just want the PAC skin 🥹
