Unlock process stopping and not give unlock items

i have done Assault challenge 1 and can't receive Spawn Beacon and never proceed challenge,
I tried every tips on this forum threads,

TBH i feel community manager replying like preset sentences.
I still don't understand why developer didn't saying any statement. so many players reported similar bug.
And they suggest stupidly tips(reboot, repair files, 1match done etc. ) everyone done it before asking to forum.
Please don't make be stupid us.
Many people want have fun to play game. honest action make not make worse. just enough to say it we under investigation issues. that's it
