When are the Servers going to be fixed? (Additionally cannot contact support??)

So when will I be assured that the $76 I spent on Battlefield 6 will be worth anything? The battlefield servers have a known issue where if your computer runs on a specific hz that the OFFICIAL servers (only) will have 2,000 ms of time nudge due to poor optimization and your computer and the servers not communicating properly. I had 0 issue on the beta and suddenly when the game releases this bug that makes the game quite literally unplayable is completely ignored.

Furthermore the only way I could literally play the game is through community servers, next thing you know they completely GUT community servers and make them give you so little xp, 0 weapon progression and absolutely nothing worth while. Mind you I am talking about normal conquest maps that only have bots added to fill out the roster (90% of the time there are no bots on the server and only completely populated with players) So now I have been seemingly duped and scammed out of a product as I have seen 0 mention of this server issue and no mentions of any fixes being attempted for it. Another thing of note, my computer can run any other game completely fine with high end graphics, it is not a computer issue outside of the servers just not communicating properly at all.

Additionally attempting to contact any member from EA support ends in absolutely no case in my cases, no way to contact anyone, I type into an box and I guess it immediately goes into a shredder. I absolutely love everything else about the game and am just extremely frustrated to no end that absolutely nothing is being done to actually make the experience for the players better and ignoring the people who have severe issues on the fault of the servers not the actual individuals trying to play the game. If I could receive literally any official correspondence on this I would absolutely appreciate it as otherwise I will have to contact EA directly for a refund as it is past the steam deadline for refunds and it is entirely on the provider of the game as to why it is not functioning for certain people. As this was not specified in the requirements for specs for the game either as I have checked and every aspect of my computer is stronger than the recommended specs. All I want out of this is for the official servers to be fixed, I dont even care about community servers having less xp, just allow me to PLAY THE GAME I SPENT $76 ON.

Man, I feel this. Battlefield servers have always been allergic to stability, it’s basically tradition at this point. The 2000 ms issue sounds like the classic tick-rate sync bug that pops up when your monitor’s refresh rate doesn’t match the engine’s frame pacing. Try locking your Hz to 60 or 120 in Windows display settings or in-game, then cap FPS to match using RTSS or the console command. Usually drops the “time nudge” problem down to mortal levels.

Also, community servers being XP-starved is EA’s way of reminding us that fun must be strictly rationed. If they gave full progression there, everyone would abandon the official ones entirely — and we can’t have people enjoying themselves on their own terms.

If you really want EA support to respond, include the words “data protection request” or “refund escalation” in your ticket. Those keywords make the bots panic and forward it to an actual human.

Appreciate the suggestion and the recommendation on getting support to respond. I shall try it and see how it goes.

Sadly the fps capping alongside locking hz has not helped. Thank you though for the suggestion, just wish that the game was remotely playable on their normal servers.

MechanicsSocket here! You are absolutely right. And I might add. I had a good week and then due to latency every public conquest match I've been in has turned into a dumpster fire. It was great! Now it isn't. They really should put it back the way they had it! THANKS EA!
