Why 20 people to start Portal?

Going to keep it short and sweet. 20 real people to start a match is to much for a Portal Server to start if they dont want bots. Make it 8 for non bot lobbies and keep your 20 in the Bot filled, from the community; please and thank you DICE-EA.
