It's being worked on at the moment but hasn't been resolved yet, unfortunately. Hopefully they do fix it soon, though, as it's a serious issue.
I don't know if this will help you, but apparently playing on US servers works. I haven't tested that myself though, it's just what I've been reading.

Sorry to hear that using US servers isn't an option for you - I was worried that ping would be an issue. I know it's being actively worked on and as soon as I hear any updates I'll let you know. All we can do at the moment is hope that it doesn't take too much longer, unfortunately.
