Battlefield games - missing language installation options

I am having issues with selected Battlefield titles when trying to install the game - notably, I do not get the option to select English, I am lock to Polish and Russian only. And before anyone jumps...

EA support should be able to assist you with the issue, just make sure you explain the issue in detail like you did in the post.
