Oh, I did. My support ticket used 1000/1000 characters. I have, in detail, explained the issue individually to each support analysts. As I said, I am posting here on forums as advised by the EA support and while I am planning to re-engage with the support team, I think it is worthwhile for EA to see this and take feedback. I know this is not a first post related to Battlefield language version issues, especially after Origin app and service have been retired. I think there's room for improvement on the EA side for overall purchase and content management experience, as well as disparity between what EA thinks their regional audiences want and what they actually want.
