cannot update bf4's punkbuster to the newest version

i get this error after getting kicked "This PB Server Requires (A1390 C2.350)"  i have tried using the PBsetup.exe to update the punkbuster version for bf4 and it fails on a file telling me to try ag...

i try update punkbuster i get error say could not convert i use windows 11 i need to go back to windows 10
