cannot update bf4's punkbuster to the newest version

i get this error after getting kicked "This PB Server Requires (A1390 C2.350)"  i have tried using the PBsetup.exe to update the punkbuster version for bf4 and it fails on a file telling me to try ag...

i've reinstalled the game already, and tried doing the PBsetup and i get the same issue
