I can't unlock vehicles variants

Under Melee there's nothing else.
And as you can see here:

I don't have neither the pilot or tanker classes to customize, or to unlock new variants from.

Also, in this section:
I can only see these stats: Kills, Destroyed, Time played and Service stars.

One last thing, these are what I see in game:
The assault tank and armoured truck ones were already unlocked.
