I don't connect Ea Servers on BF1

hi dear friends, I have bf1 and bf 2042 same time in my pc and ea account. 

I connect and play bf 2042 without any problems but I can't connect Ea Servers in battlefield 1.

can you help me for this problem. 

I tried delete and re-download game, deleting save files, vpn and dns but I can't solve this problem.
