i dont get the unlocks from the story

I played the whole thing twice and still dont have any multiplayer weapons or points I' contacted EA Support twice but they couldnt help me. Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?

I can´t seem to unlock campaign weapons in multiplayer after completing the campaign 3 times, all with each different final, any help?

The issue is known to the EA team. No more information is available at the moment.
