i dont get the unlocks from the story

I already played the story over battlelog campaing tab but same result sadly

I have completed all three endings of the Battlefield 4 campaign mode, and the EA platform also prompts that there are achievements, but the multiplayer guns and dog tags corresponding to the three endings have not been unlocked, and I can't see any progress in the campaign in the battlelog. What's going on? I need to get weapons and dog tags.

I've merged your thread with this one as it's about the same issue. It might be worth keeping an eye on it for an update.

I've once again played the campaign, but no new weapons have been unlocked.​

So i have this problem where my assigments doesnt progress and i acttually dont collect these dog tags

Is there something i did wrong?

1.i played the game normaly on a hard mode and i did not collected any collectibless but i did all of the points challenges from which i even got achievments(i pickes the ending where you sacrifice Hanna and also got achievment for that) ALSO(i got achievment for collecting all 28 collectibles BEFORE i got them all)

2.I played it trough second time and collected all (except kunlun mountains and tashgar) which i done after joing to the battlelog) weapons and dog tags and and did these misschallenous achievment and at the end i picked Irish to sacrifice and also got achievment for that

3.i played whole suez mission again and let the Valkyrie to be destroyed and got achievment for that

4.ive read lot of articles of what to do and i played last mission again let valkyrie to be destroyed((bcs i have all of the points assignet collectible and also that 2 weapons which you get from sacrificing Hanna and irsh) but i dont have QBZ-95-1 from letting the valkyrie to be destroyed)and still nothing

5.ive tryed to play first mission  (Baku) several times (bcs of the articles) and nothing not even battlelog recognise my progress but it does recongise my mp progress and battlepacks

PLEAS HELP I WOULD LOVE SOMEBODY WHO HAD THE SAME ISSUE

That's a pity. It's been passed on to the Community Managers now, though, so hopefully it can be fixed.

You could also try speaking with EA Help over at help.ea.com, but they may not be able to assist you.

Yea i saw that and i tryed to contact ea but they just told me to post it on EA forums so the someone from,,upper management’’ may help me but nothing 

I saw that yall mentonied battlelog not ubdating from me it acctually ubdates…but only online stuff like lvl k/d and battlepacks but not sp

and i have completly bugged sp im not even unlocking dog tags and not a single assigment 

and funny part is that i realised first dog tag in a mission isnt there but rest are visible and interactible but they dont do anything 

I've completed all Battlefield 4 campaign collectibles and three endings on the hardest difficulty, but the corresponding multiplayer weapons remain unlocked. Battlelog shows I haven't finished the campaign, while both the EA App and Steam display completed campaign status and corresponding achievements.
