i dont get the unlocks from the story

I've completed the BF4 campaign on hard mode, did every ending, and collected all the collectables. I have the "Full Arsenal" achievement on Steam and EA to prove this. However, none of the singleplayer assignments have unlocked on Battlelog or in game and I don't have any of the weapons (P90, M249, Shank, etc.) or dog tags associated them.

It's been about a week since I first finished the campaign. I've played hours of multiplayer after completing the campaign and I've tried replaying the campaign as well. I contacted support and after explaining my issue, they told me to make a forum post.

Hope someone can help.

Same. I've played the campaign many times but still can't unlock any weapons, even with EA Play achievements unlocked.

I've got the same issue, EA support couldn't help either 

This is not the problem, dude. 

I would know because I've replayed the mission several times, made all the choices, got all the achievements for those choices, collectibles, and difficulties, and have the screenshots to prove that there's a bug:

I've played several multiplayer matches, and waited more than 9 days but nothing. The assignments popped in-game, but the weapons weren't unlocked in multiplayer and the asignments still appear as locked both on battlelog and in the main menu.

I've deleted my campaign save data several times and did the assignments/campaign over and they unlocked and showed the weapon unlocking in-game during gameplay, but upon checking in the menu, the assignments were still locked. I've repeated this process several times hoping it would eventually work, to no avail. 

I spoke with the EA Support and they said "its a known issue and they're working on it to fix the problem" but didnt gave an ETA for when it might be fixed. This is despite the fact that EA/DICE tech teams have announced several times that they are no longer able to fix such issues in the Soldier Battlelog database system. Likewise, the EA User Support group does not have access to this anymore either, as BF4 support was outsourced few years back and the data access tools are not available to them at all. So they are probably just lying to our faces. 

 I've "unlocked" almost all the Dogtags and Weapons but they did not unlocked for me to use in Multiplayer. 

FIx your broken **bleep** game before continuing to sell it to people, otherwise you'll have a problem on your hands.

Just a note to say that I've merged a couple more posts while the problem is still being investigated. 

Well, already finished the game 3rd time and still no unlocks. Also i deleted the game and re-installed it. I guess that these weapons seem to be locked forever. 

Chances are that it'll be something Dice/EA will need to resolve. Best to keep an eye on this thread for any updates. 

Same here, it has been week 

I have finished the Bf4 campaign, but have not unlocked the M412 REX, Shank, Machete, M249, P90, or QBZ-95-1. Battlelog also does not show the assignment as being completed, but the achievements in the EA app are completed. It has been several days since I finished Baku and it has not registered, which I have seen to be an issue sometimes. I have also launched and completed Baku from the EA app AND from Battlelog, and have played multiplayer missions since finishing the campaign.

I mainly care about having the weapons for multiplayer. Any help is greatly appreciated.
