Hello, this happened several days ago and I asked in EA Help, but I didn't get any kind of reply or notification anywhere so I'm asking here.I have been playing Battlefield 1 since years ago with no problem, but while I was playing on the 29th of August I recieved a message in the bottom right of my screen saying that my trial will end soon. Minutes later it kicked me and I can't enter anymore even if I own Battlefield 1 with all its expansions.I have not changed any information of my account nor did anything lately so I don't understand why all of a sudden I can't play my favourite Battlefield game.Will you be able to fix it?Thanks.

Hey @taranozawr, Sorry to hear you're having some trouble getting back in touch with support. The support team will need to assist here as we're unable to make any changes to accounts via the forums. If an older account was mentioned when trying to submit a case, and the system thinks you're still on a trial version of the game rather than the correct full version, our support team will need to assist with this. If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I need help loading my game or I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.

Hi @taranozawr ,from my experience with cases, the message saying that he case needs to be resumed, seems to always be there, no matter what you do.This confused me too, when I had to open my first support case.If you have sent your support inquiry, you should not have to do anything further. You will get a reply from the support.I might take a couple of days though.If they need some more information about your issue, they will e-mail you about it.

The issue is not related to any problem originating from our computer. It concerns the registration of Battlefield 1 game on our account as a trial version. However, no one from the support team is making an effort to rectify this situation. Instead, they keep suggesting different solutions.

@Taskebap In the summer of 2021, I also received the Amazon Prime free gift code. I tried it (it worked with Origin without any problems) and logged in with the new EA App on that profile, it allows me to download BF1 game.

I got Battlefield 1 with amazon prime. After origin renamed EA App my game says expired and i couldnt download it

Hi @Migmi2 This is a fairly common problem which needs be sorted out by EA Help, as it requires changes to your account.

You should be able to open a case or use live chat at help.ea.com/en/contact-us to get help.

Good day to everyone!

Please, help me out with the next problem: I was playin Battlefield 1 when I started to receive messages that my trial mode is ending. But I own the game and all DLC! I am 85 lvl and I could not achieve it if I didn't own the full game. I tried to reinstall it but it says that my trial is over though I own the game for a long time!

I tried to write to support about it, but it says that I need to resume the case after I just have submited it! And I got no respond about it to my email. When I was sumbiting the issue my old email was mentioned (I have no longer access to it), but now I use the new one which I confirmed a long time ago. (I receive security codes on it, so everything should be working fine)
I added the screenshot from the EA app where it says that I own the game, but I can't launch it because trial is over? How is that possible? I clreared the cache, reinstalled but nothing is helping!

I thought I could write about it here to get help!

I have a case (Case #153919606 ) opened in EA help, but as I mentioned I can't resume it to get any help.

@Taskebap it can take a few days for them to respond to cases, but if it's been a while without a response then it'd probably be worthwhile asking for an update through My Cases.

There might be a live chat option too, which might be quicker, but it's not always available.

I'm seeing that in my cases it says "Fixed" now, while it is sadly not true. I tested if I could enter but I keep getting the same message

Okay, I created another case in the cathegory you mentioned.

But it still says that this case need to be resumed (But I just created it and its new!). Will I still be answered on it anyway?
