Assignment not unlocking

Hello EA Help,

I need assistance with a known Battlefield V bug on PS5. I have reached rank 20 with both Assault and Medic, but their Class Mastery Special Assignments do not appear anywhere in my Assignments menu or Armory.

I have already submitted around 20 support tickets, but they were closed without a solution. The EA Help website also says advisors cannot help with this issue.

Could you please help me get this issue escalated to the appropriate support team? Other players have reported that the missing assignments can be added manually.

    Nobody on the EA forums can assist you with account-related issues, not even the community managers HiperCoded​. Your only option is to keep trying to resolve the issue through EA Support, as they are the only ones who can assist you with it.

    Hello, could an EA Community Manager please look into my issue?

    I have been trying to resolve this for days. An EA Support advisor told me my case would be transferred to another agent, but I waited 90 minutes and nobody joined the chat.

    I still have no Class Mastery Assignments despite reaching rank 20 with Assault and Medic.

    I really need help getting this issue escalated. Thank you.
