Support doesnt help

Hello there. Im pissed off because the game didnt give me my rewards like 2000BFC that I earned doing weekly missions and my 20 level class rewards (Assigments). Theres some bug or something. I cantacted EA HELP and they start to ask thing like what is my EA ID, sending me emails asking what is my email? Is that a joke? Then they asked for prove, I send them screenshots, nothing happend. Im waiting almost 2 weeks, still nothing. They closed some of my casses, with the emblem FIXED. This is THE WORST customer service I have ever experianced. They dont care about customers at all
