Missing Xavier Restrepo
I was playing when the program dropped and I did not get the free 86 that you can upgrade. I’m wanting to grind the games and upgrade him and need him on my account. Can any game dev help me please.

- @longbranch96 If you have still not received the Xavier Restrepo card, EA support has advised that you need to open a ticket at EA Help. I spoke with a representative, Vipin, who was extremely helpful. Vipin said that EA does consider this issue resolved.
Vipin said that all users who have yet to receive the card will need to open a ticket at EA help and reference case number: 192728452
This will let EA Devs know that the issue isn't resolved for everyone.

jahforce I just contacted EA help about missing the Xavier Restrepo card again and was told that a fix had been implemented, but I obviously still don’t have him. Was told to post in the forums as there is nothing they can do on their end. Xbox Gamertag oSnapItsThanos
I am still missing Xavier Restrepo as of 11/2. Was told by an advisor to post a new ticket in the forums. Xbox gamertag is oSnapItsThanos
It’s been 2 weeks since the release of Xavier Restrepo and I still have not been able to get him. I have tried to contact EA and they never give me an answer. I have been doing the upgrade tokens in hopes of them releasing his card with the token for the players who have not gad him but still no good. Hoping to see if someone can help.

A lot of cards where gifted on EA's CFB stream with Nick on Friday morning.
If EA can consistently gift top notch cards on twitch every week,
EA should be able to get you and others in the community the Restrepo.
So much wasted movement and resources over the years by Andrew Wilson and the EA board of directors.

jahforce The advisor I spoke to told me to post here, as they cannot give out the card. Still haven’t heard anything even after posting here. I’ve talked to 4 advisors at this point
