I am consistently having this issue where during Dynasty mode, I’ll be playing through the game and will do a “Jump ahead to next play” option and then when I’m ready to play, the game will glitch up and just so the field. I can hear the crowd, the camera kinda moves around a little but there are no buttons that work. This is happening on almost every game I play. It’s impossible for me to finish one dynasty game without having to restart the game itself because of this issue. this is super frustrating and the amount of times it’s happened is alarming. How do we spend so much on a game and not be able to play it all the way through?? Attached is what it looks like when this happens.

Having the same problem, if you click the jump to next play button too quickly then the game will freeze. This forces you to restart the game entirely. Classic EA unable to resolve the same basic issues they have with their titles every year. How is it possible to release the same game every year with the same bugs every year. Truly cash hungry clowns who give zero respect to their players and fan base. Don't worry everybody, im sure they will fix it next year when they release the same exact game reskinned. Im on Xbox X.

Having the same problem, if you click the jump to next play button too quickly then the game will freeze. This forces you to restart the game entirely. My dynasty keeps freezing when I try to skip ahead.

I've only played Dynasty at this point
I have to turn the game off and restart it.

When you get a moment can we see if the following helps us with this?

Make sure you have the latest software update.

Troubleshoot your connection to EA games

Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.

Perform a power cycle.

Touch the power button on the front of the console for at least seven seconds until the system beeps twice.

Turn it back on after one minute.

Launch your game.

Restore the license for the game.

Go to Settings on your PlayStation.

Click Account Management then Restore Licenses.

Enter Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

@FriskyOyster happens less when you wait but I've had it still crash. I was thinking maybe assets weren't loaded if you just exit once the animation was done but I am not sure and could be way off. I don't play special teams to save 3-5 minutes per match but I've been forced to

I have the same issue on both Xbox Series X and PS5, the super sim is the cause of the issue and letting the graphics load before exiting only reduces the issue but it's a crap shoot whether or not the game is going to freeze on you. I've reinstalled and all that did was lose my Dynasty progress thinking that would fix it.

There is no error message
To recreate you just enter super sim as intended forward either one play to change of possession and the crash will happen eventually.
* Adding that this happens in quick play AND Dynasty modes

i am playing Road To Glory and the freezing happens when durning the opening of the game im about to play. It shows the stadium and the announcer talks about the game then it freezes
