Re: Online dynasty - Error "Our servers cannot process your request"

If you have a moment can we try the following steps and check if this keeps up?

  1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
  2. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
  3. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
  4. Perform a power cycle.
    • Touch the power button on the front of the console for at least seven seconds until the system beeps twice.
    • Turn it back on after one minute.
    • Launch your game.
  5. Restore the license for the game.
    • Go to Settings on your PlayStation.
    • Click Account Management then Restore Licenses.
  6. Enter Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
  7. Reinstall your game. If you're using an external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal drive to see if that helps.

  • @EA_Illium none of these worked. I'm also having the issue where "The EA servers are not available att his time" when trying to load my online dynasty. It worked fine yesterday, and all of the other modes and online dynasties work.. the only file with issues is the one I use.

    I’ve I Havant got an option to go onto online dynasty how do I fix this had it for 3 days

    Every time you try to get to your online dynasty. Had no problems yesterday.

    Same. Literally the only thing that doesn't load on the game for me is the Dynasty that I have 20 hours in. This reminds me of what happened with Madden a couple years ago where a bunch of files got corrupted and you literally just couldn't do anything about it. Hoping that's not the case here but EA gives me little hope.

    I’m starting to think the same thing. 
    probably a corruption problem and it just means the file is lost and we have to restart

    @weenerheaddd Same exact problem is happening to me and my buddies in a dynasty right now. Everything else works fine except the online dynasty we play the most.
  • Our server cannot process your request at this time..please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the main menu. 

    Same error message I've been getting for the last few days. I can get into my dynasty but I cannot play a game or practice. My online partner CAN play and practice.

    Did the update this a.m.(july 30th), restarted the counsol. Same message.

    Tried everything but still not working all of a suddden.  We’re in second season in bowl week and this started?!  Nothing seems to fix it!

    My teambuilder dynasty team got effected by the same glitch.  I have a player who is a 12 overall with no name.  When I try to load into a game or practice I receive the error message "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize..."  I had to sim a number of games in our dynasty until January 31.  From January 31st until February 7th I could load  into games again even with the glitched player still on my roster.  I was able to play a game against the CPU and a game against another user using a teambuilder team.  As of February 7th I can no longer load into games and am receive the same error message.

    I believe that the title update/patch that was pushed Friday Jan 31 fixed the issue and the title update/patch that was pushed Feb 7th reversed it.

    I also believe it had something to do with the update containing the addition of Tylee Craft, a former University of North Carolina player who passed away in October from lung cancer.  In the same update when they added him to the game, roster issues were present for all online games.  Everyone was struggling to get updated rosters and play online.  I do not know what fix EA utilized to rectify this issue but it fixed the glitch player issue for a week.  I think the fix to the glitch player issue is not to remove him from the roster but to utilize whatever work around they pushed in the Jan 31 title update.

    Whenever I try to play online dynasty, I click through to roster then it takes me to the choose your plan on Xbox for game pass. Do I have to have game pass to play online? I have EA access and the basic 9.99 a month internet for Xbox.. Can anyone shed some light on this for me please? I am very confused.
