DO NOT BUY COLLEGE FOOTBALL 26

My last football game I owned was Madden 10. I have never played a college football game and as this was my first one I wanted to try ultimate team. I bought over $500 in packs and sold everything to get coins and build a team. I placed a bid on a Travis Hunter card, I was outbid and received my coins back. I went to the auction and placed a 500,000 coin bid and I lost the auction with the card selling at 562,000. I never got my 500,000 coins back, nor did I receive the Travis Hunter card. I reached out to EA support and was talking back and forth for over 2 hours for them to tell me that there is nothing they can do, the game is glitched and that they will put a patch out in the future. First college football game and I spent hard earned money on it for what? To get scammed and lose everything. Absolute joke. Either give me the coins back or give me the player. Hope a patch comes soon but either way MY COINS AND CHANCES OF GETTING TRAVIS HUNTER ARE LONG GONE. Thanks for an absolutely horrible experience.
