Elite head coaches never leave

I have a custom coach level 100 with elite recruiter/ motivator/ strategist/architect/ talent development/ program builder and only get garbage school offers like it was in CFB 25’ and still can’t choose jobs that are greyed out

ive noticed that as my coach progressed more and more my offers get worst every year and my coordinator options get worst

ive won the national title 10 years in a row and never get a top tier offer or good coordinator

I have been trying to go to Ohio state/ Florida/ Georgia/ Notre Dame/texas for their pipelines for years but their head coaches never leave/ get fired. 

ive adjusted the conferences so they play each other and ive stacked my schedule to play against all of them. Some years they don’t even make the conference title games but yet they don’t get fired or leave.

12+ years in dynasty and Marcus freeman/ Kirby smart/Ryan day/ Steve sarkisian are all still in their same positions.

this also makes it tough because for whatever reason they can stack great coordinators while I get garbage ones and they end up out recruiting me even with elite recruiter and program builder maxed. 

Please fix this

    Did you create a custom coach or are you using one of the head coaches from the game?
    I’ve noticed that custom coaches don’t get any offers at all, but if you take one of the newly created coaches the ones that never had a job before and edited those to be your coach you’ll get all kinds of offers. It’s weird.
