Game flickering in dynasty gameplay

So this morning I have been experienced that my game has been flickering once I'm trying to play in dynasty mode it works good on the main menu but once I go for the gameplay my screen flickers I thought it was my Xbox but I played of the games and it works fine and it's only in when the game play did the new update that just came out on Thursday have some to do with why it's flickering
