Game is crashing.

I just bought a new ps5 about 2 weeks ago and got college football 26 as the first game. And since I've downloaded it, it will crash within 3 to 4 quarters. I've tried every troubleshooting fix and yet it still does this. I've been told by ea and playstation that it is a bug issue. Has anyone else had this issue?
