Issues loading dynasty

Hi everyone, 

I’m having an issue loading my dynasty I started last night. I’m playing on Xbox and when I go to load it up it opens almost like an Xbox menu with the message “No available offers”. Below the message is a button that says “Go Back”. I’m not able to do anything to get out of that screen aside from click the button. However, the weird thing is, all of the other modes work fine. Road to Glory, Play Now, Ultimate Team, etc. all work as they’re supposed to. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
