Play selection menu freezes

The play calling menu freezes out of nowhere and you can’t select a play and the play clock counts down to zero and you get the penalty. I have even gotten excessive grieving and was kick out of the game because of getting 3 penalties for not being able to choose a play. Please fix this asap!!!
