Xbox series x crashing on first kickoff

I am consistently experiencing a crash during Play Now mode on Xbox Series X. Every time I start a game, it crashes at the first kickoff — either freezing completely or force closing back to the dash...

and they said they fixed it in the latest update, they did absolutely nothing!!!!
