Well said, I have been on forums and youtube all year complaining about these same issues and so many others!!! Moving the encourage transfer option is completely broken and made the game not fun. You actually lose players bc at the end when you encourage transfer the portal is closed and you never see where the player goes or even when you go through every team to find the player, they are completely deleted from the game.
