Auction house ban

I don’t understand how I am banned from auctions in CFB26. I have been saving up all my coins waiting to get a really good player. This is BS, because I have seen this happen to other people in the past and they get everything taken away for not even doing anything. Quit putting bots to run these investigations. More work on us and yall to deal with this stuff. I will continue to play but will be keeping a close eye on the coin funds in my account. Please fix this.

So is everyone’s auction house restricted? I’ve never bought third party coins. Not sure why my access would be restricted. Help

Still waiting on my appeals to be answered. It's pretty hilarious and transparent that the auction house is not an option BUT being able to purchase more EA points works just fine.
