GLITCH IN ULTIMATE TEAM GAMES

OK, I’m absolutely pissed. I thought they would fix this in the last game but I am currently on a winning in my regular season on ultimate team game and I’m up by two touchdowns and all of a sudden game crashes like last time and I’m sitting there for 30 minutes, looking at the the field for any message saying that he left or something nope sat there for even longer so I close my app and now I got the loss for the game. Is there a glitch where you can **bleep**ing leave the game and get the wind, even though you’re losing I’m pissed. I am about to not play the game anymore and want a refund because this is crazy. My connection is perfect and I’m on wire connection.
