National Championship Desynch

My friend and I were playing our National Championship game, and I got desynched after we had just went up 20-0. It was still the first half, and we had just gotten a pic-6. I never once lost connection to Playstation servers or the internet, and it was purely your servers. This is the third time this has happened to me, and I am fed up with getting robbed of my National Championship packs. I have proof showing us up 20-0 before the desynch, and I have more proof and screenshots if need be. My friend ended up staying in the game, and he got his National Championship packs without problem (I have proof of that as well). I fully expect to get the National Championship packs that I earned, and if I do not receive them I will never spend another penny on anything EA. Like I said, this is a recurring issue and it is never my WiFi. I look forward to getting this issue resolved.
