So I still have no auction house access

So there was a few months back where I was watching streamers on twitch and they were advertising mmoexp as a source to get coins on college football 26. I was skeptical until I seen them commenting under ea sports cfb26 posts on twitter/X so I gave it a try and eventually I was banned from the auction house. I reached out to EA to see if they would lift the ban and that I read over terms and conditions because I was unaware of the legality of making purchases that were advertised on the internet. EA wrote me back and said there is nothing they will do because I broke the terms. I apologized and told them to take all my cards and whatever else they felt was fair because I can’t compete or upgrade my team as others do using the auction house. Also they took the coins I had which is understandable. Meanwhile I keep spending money on this game to upgrade my team (if I occasionally get lucky through pack opening) and I reached out to EA again but now I’m being ignored. It is November first and all the cards I bought before being banned are out of date and not even good enough to help me against most players so I quick sold them. I continue to spend money and support this game and I wish there was a way I could earn back my ability to purchase from auction house (even just uniforms and strategy items) but not even a respected response from EA. I’m also a madden 26 player and I play mut and I still have action house because I did not make the same mistake again. I reached out to mmoexp to let them know that I got banned and they could care less they just want the money they are a business. Perhaps I’m just venting on this forum because of my disappointment. Perhaps I thought that spending $400 plus on this game that Ea would understand that it wasn’t purposeful to break terms and grant me auction access while making sure I abide by the guidelines. Unfortunately EA games is just a money grab company too and do not have compassion for us supporters or even respect us enough to respond to us in a message. EA has been pretty disappointing this year on how they have been treating us customers and I hope that eventually the company would hire more genuine people friendly employees because Thor way we are treated lately is pushing a lot of us away.
