Still no fix to Auction House

I put a 500,000 bid on a Travis Hunter CB card, the card sold for 565,000. I never got the card and I never got a refund. I messaged support they said 24 hour fix, then 48 hour fix, then 72 hour fix. It has been 4 days and I'm still missing 500,000 coins and Travis Hunter. They didnt even mention the auction house in the patch notes. Ridiculous. Give me my coins back.
