Dynasty feedback

I started a new dynasty with like 20-30 players. Can you guys add in intense rivals, or games but not like really cpu as much.

 Can dynasty get a better accurate training ( like more players getting involved or us getting involved and letting us control. Can we also get more equipment anf flexs??)

 Recruitment (like scouting them or looking at their stats or how they do against other teams, and more realistic faces/gems/normal but could be good) 

The last one is Gameplay ( like more realistic as it could. Cbs shouldn't be turning and picking it off last minute or like LBs reactions should be much better when they run up the middle or when they throw it or even when they are left or right.)         

I hope you guys have seen this and maybe listen to my advice.  I hope this game gets improved overall.
