Practice

I love that we have finally started to address the lack of practice, but I think they settled for way too little on their approach.  

It all starts with practice. Scouting, game planning, game prep, etc.  I like the simplicity here, but feel the simplicity should reflect real life and have seperate practices with seperate generated reports.  

It doesn’t have to be time consuming to be productive.  Simple things like feedback on how you should approach the game this week with zone depth or which players deserve more playing time due to practice performance, etc. 

in conjunction with this I would say the adaptive AI needs some similar help.  The head coach has help because he cannot see all the things himself.  Simple adjustment suggestions as the game progresses.  They are stuggling with press coverage.  Their running back may be susceptible to a fumble, etc.
