Dead Space 2 is not logging into EA servers

Question

When I try to play Dead Space 2 multiplayer there is an error saying I cannot connect to ea servers. There is another discussion about this, then I see that i need to use the key from steam, but then when I try it doesn't work. I am not sure but when I looked again I saw that dead space 2 is not in the ea library and it was removed earlier this month, including a few games. What should i do?

when i tried the key it says this: An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later.

Hi&nbsp;@EA_Illium, confirm that it still happens. See attacheched screenshot.Steam purchased Dead Space 2 copy.My Steam and EA accounts are linked but Dead Space 2 is not listed in EA library. Maybe this is the reason of connection failure?Out of 11 Steam purchased EA games 3 are missed in EA library.Also I`ve tried to link game manually using "Redeem Code" option both on EA app and ea.com. When I put my Steam purchased code EA app recognized that it is Dead Space 2 game and suggested 2 options for redeem. When I select any of them it accepts my code. Then it fails with error message "The product code you entered is not valid. Please re-enter the code".See screenshots with all 3 steps
